Fitness Hours of Operation are Changing

Effective October 1st Fitness Hours will be:

Monday – Friday:  5am – 8pm (Reservations Required from 8am – 6pm)

Saturday – Sunday: 8am – 5pm

Members can work out any time during hours of operation.  We require reservations for daytime fitness because this is the time of day when patients are in the building and we monitor the number of individuals in the building to remain under capacity guidelines.

Some Amenities Remain Unavailable to Members with No Date of Resumption At This Time, including:

  • Pool
  • Lockers
  • Showers
  • Basketball Court


More Machines & Equipment in the Gym for Daytime Fitness

We have heard your feedback and are moving more equipment from the Cardio/Resistance area into the Gymnasium.  Fitness Staff members are available to help you modify and adapt your work outs and answer your questions about how to set up and use machines you are unfamiliar with.

Fitness Billing for Standard and Yearly Memberships

As announced in August, automatic membership billing resumed in September.  If you do not want to be billed because you are not using the facility at this time, you must submit a Membership Termination Request Form before your next billing date.  If your membership is paid in full, we are now counting the time toward your year; if you do not want the time to be counted toward your 12 months, you must submit a Membership Termination Request Form before your next billing date.  The form can be found here.  Instructions to submit the form are at the top of the form:

October Group Exercise Schedule

All Group Exercise classes are listed on the Exercise Calendar.

Classes are 30- to 60-minutes long; the number of Participants will be limited to ensure proper distancing and capacity

Sign up at Fitness Front Desk or Call 304-599-2515 to schedule your class slot.

Classes will be held outdoors, as much as possible and as weather permits. Bring a mask in case we are forced to move indoors or if you need to enter the building for any reason. Classes will be performed with little to no equipment to avoid the need for sharing. Please maintain physical distance. You can bring your own mat if you would like.

Personal Training clients can make appointments with their Trainer during daytime hours and access limited areas of the facility during a Personal Training session
