Aerobics

HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness features a variety of different aerobics classes throughout each month. Classes are held in our Aerobics Studio, which features a cushioned floor. All classes are available in various levels, either beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

HealthWorks employs numerous certified aerobics instructors. Our classes range from low-key beginner workouts to high-energy advanced classes. No matter what your fitness level, HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness has an aerobics class to fit your needs!

The aerobics classes offered are:

Bosu & Sculpt-This class will blend all of your favorite cardio exercises along with new movements. The Bosu Balance Trainer will enhance your balance, increase variety, help challenge and give you a low impact workout. (IA)
Kickboxing & Abs-Get ready for combinations of intermediate step patterns with strength training. (IA)
Fitness Foundations-A class geared toward the senior citizen. This class offers balance, strength, core, posture, aerobic and stretching. Come enjoy this class with seniors just like you. (B)
Gutt-n-Butt-This class is designed to work your entire lower body using bands, weights and other equipment. Don't be afraid to try this class. All types of modifications can be made. (BIA)
20/20/20-This class offers the complete total body workout by offering two 20-minutes sessions of cardio and one 20-minute session of strength training. Cardio each week is instructor's choice, so you will never get bored. (BIA)
Happy Hour-A high energy cardiovascuar workout that combines several types of aerobic conditioning moves, followed by abdominal work and stretching. (IA)
Cardio Intervals-This class alternates betweeen a variety of different styles of cardio and is sure to get your heart pumping and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Each class ends with abdominal strength training. (IA)
Power Intervals-A circuit of alternating cardio and strength training. Involving power exercises, this class can incorporate agility drills and circuit training for the ultimate workout. (IA)
Power Pump-This innovative class targets all major muscle groups to build optimum strength. Choose your own weight and begin challenging your major muscle groups. (IA)
Zumba-Burn calories and tone your body by dancing to hot Latin and exotic world rhythms: Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton and more. Hot, hot, hot! (BIA)
