HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness offers 2 pools:
- Therapy Pool- 3 ½ – 5 ft. deep and kept at a temperature of 90-92 degrees. Used for therapy and fitness.
- Lap Pool- 50 ft. long, 10 ft. wide and 6-7 ft. deep; kept at a temperature of 80-82 degrees. Used for strengthening and conditioning or for therapy.

Recreational (Fitness) Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Sunday: 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Therapy Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 6:30a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Morning and evening aquatic classes offered.
