HealthWorks Rehab & Fitness is dedicated to helping you improve and/or maintain your health and weight. This one-year program is designed to help you get started on improving your health by giving you personalized fitness and nutritional assistance. Studies have shown that improvements in your physical activity and weight can improve your blood pressure, cholestrerol and glucose levels, making your daily living activities easier and more enjoyable.

  • Nutrition sessionad with Registiered Dietitian.

  • Personalized eating plan
  • Nutrition educational information
  • Food log submission first 3 months

Fitness Services:

  • Full body measurements will be taken the last week of each month.
